3 Weeks in!

I know I am a week late but I did it! I am down 10 pounds and 11 inches off my body in two weeks!! Even with the set back of the broken piece (which I got replaced!) I can be done!

Eating has been touch and go this last week but I have still been trying to eat healthy snacks, smaller portions and breakfast! The two hardest things for me this week was still trying to eat breakfast and staying up too late so I am hungry in the middle of the night!

But I DID IT! and I am determined to stick with it and get even more fit! I will get down to the weight I was when I got married!

I feel good about myself too, and that is always a plus!

Day 10!

Ok! Still going strong! Thought I was gonna miss today, but I worked out anyway even though its midnight!

Doing good with the eating. Breakfast is still hard to eat, but I am working on it! Still down 7 pounds! YAY!

Day 7 Sunday weight in and inches check!

Ok people....drum roll please! I am down 7 pounds and have lost 5 inches off my body! 1 inch in my hips, 3 inches in my waist and 1 inch in my upper arms! YAY!

This system can totally work! Lets see how well I can stick to it long term!

Day 6

Tomorrow is the big inches check! Ooo I am nervous! But even if I have not lost inches I have lost weight, and I FEEL better!

Yesterday I did ok with the eating.

Today was a rest day for Winsor but I went to an 8am Pilates class. Then I went to go swim some laps and a water aerobics class was starting! DUDE I love those old ladies! They are hilarious! So I found my new Saturday routine, I LOVE it!

OH and they are REPLACING my bar! YAY! Oh did I already say that? I am just so excited!

Day 5

I am down 7 pounds!!! Can you believe it! I know that the weight loss will slow down but it's a good motivator! I will measure myself on Sunday to see if there are inches lost. I don't know how well I will do next week without my weighted bar. :( I am going to do the 8:00 pilates class at the gym tomorrow!

I ate breakfast today and yesterday!

Day 4

Yesterday was a rest day for the Pilates plan but I went to the gym and swam 200 yards. It felt good! Today I was doing the Cardio Blast and my bar broke. I am sooo sad! I wrote them a letter, hopefully it will be replaced and I can get on with my losing 10 inches plan! How long this will be delayed for I do not know, but I will do what I can with the resistance bands. I am going to keep working out!

Still skipping breakfast, why do I do that?? I need to go and eat!

Day 3!

Day 3 is a rest day for Pilates workout, but I am going to the gym tonight!

Still missing breakfast, this can't be good! Lunch was awesome! I had a chicken salad in a whole wheat pita! I rocked!
