Did my first workout today! There were a couple of spots that were a challenge but one thing I LOVE is that she has one girl doing the modified version of the exercise which is very nice! I got a little discouraged because I could not do them the way I wanted to but then I thought,"You are not sabotaging it now! keep going!". When it was done I felt like, "That was it?! YAY I did it!" I felt like I had worked out, like something had happened. I also didn't feel worn out at the end but energized and refreshed! :)
With the system I bought there is also a meal plan, I am excited about this! I am going to try my hardest to eat what is recommended. My biggest focus is going to be eating breakfast and drinking lots of water!
LET'S DO IT!
