INTRODUCTION

Just a little background..I have gained 40 pounds since I got married 8 years ago, 20 pounds with each kid. I am DONE being out of shape! I know as Mamie would say, "honey your body ain't gonna be like it used to!" Yes it's true the body of my 20's is long gone, with kids comes wider hips and other parts that stay big! This does not mean however that I cannot be healthy and in shape! I am determined to do so! (I am beginning to feel like the Seinfeld episode with too many !!!) I began with Weight Watchers and learned how to pick better foods, I also learned that I already do some good things, eat chicken which is out main meat, I don't fry anything, replace oil with apple sauce when I can etc. I have hit my 10 pound plateau. I got discouraged until I complained to my friend about my midsection, if I could just get rid of that I would be so much happier! She told me about Winsor Pilates and I checked she website out, and dreamed about it for almost a month. Well I finally did it! I bought the program, received it yesterday and am determined to lose 10 inches in 2 weeks!

So here we go!
