My house is not set up correctly for the next video I needed to do! I don't have a door visible from a TV to use the equipment. I didn't get discouraged though! I just did the first video again. I will have to use my laptop to play the video and do the work out next time. I can feel it though, and its not so bad where its uncomfortable but enough to know I have done something!
I have a bad habit of skipping meals.
Yesterday it was breakfast, and I was proud of myself for turning down a piece of pineapple upside down cake! But then I ate two bites of my daughters pizza! That's what I get for skipping meals! You get so hungry you just eat whatever! NOT a good thing! I did better at snack and dinner time.
Today I got a late start and skipped breakfast AGAIN! This is not good since my goal is to eat breakfast and drink LOTS of water. I did however do better on my lunch. I went to the park so instead of eating out, I brought my lunch with me. Everyone there was envious of my black bean salad in a pita! YUM!
